Regulators to seek penalty on Toshiba for false accounting: Nikkei

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s financial watchdog plans to seek a financial penalty on Toshiba Corp , currently being investigated by an independent committee over accounting irregularities, the Nikkei reported on Saturday.
