WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Lockheed Martin Corp , the largest U.S. weapons maker, has agreed to buy United Technologies Corp’s Sikorsky Aircraft unit, the maker of Black Hawk helicopters, for over $8 billion, a source familiar with the negotiations said on Sunday.
